JEHAN BHARUCHA | President
Jehan has dedicated his entire career to construction project management for over 37 years.
As founder and president of IMPROCON since 2001, Jehan offers his in-depth expertise of construction processes to plan and manage major building repair and construction projects for homeowners and condominium associations.
Jehan specializes in identification and prioritization of problems; developing and managing contracts; budgeting and managing financial resources; value engineering; scheduling; chairing meetings; presentations; supporting funding and legal processes; tracking and managing detailed accounts; quality assurance and dispute resolution.
In addition to his formal training in engineering and business administration, Jehan has earned licenses and certificates in General Construction, Hazardous Material Removal, Water Damage Restoration, Fire Damage Restoration and EIFS inspection. | jehanb@improcon.com
ARNAZ BHARUCHA | Financial Consultant
Arnaz has 35 years of experience as a skilled and professional expert in financial accounting and management. She manages various financial disciplines including auditing, treasury management, financial accounting, taxation and payroll.
Having previously worked in the private and public sectors in senior management roles, she provides a wealth of knowledge and experience to IMPROCON in budgeting, accounting, billing and taxation. JOAQUIN HOGG | Project Manager
Joaquin has worked for IMPROCON since graduating with a degree in Architecture and a minor in Construction Management. As hands-on team leader at University of Washington in their concrete canoe competition, he developed the drive and skills to solve myriad and challenging construction problems for which we at IMPROCON are expert at.

MAENA BHARUCHA | Field Monitor
Maena has 18 years of retail and customer service as well as 3 years in construction remediation services. Maena’s experience is at an expert level in terms of easing and resolving homeowners concerns during the construction process.
Being an FAA certified drone pilot, Maena performs high-resolution aerial photography to record pre-existing conditions and track progress during construction. To map as-built conditions, Maena uses cutting edge software to provide excellent quality dimensioned drawings at a fraction of the cost of taking physical measurements in the field. | maena@improcon.com
